Thank you so much for your interest in the arts!!  Here are some answers to frequently asked questions about our Summer Arts Camp.  I am looking forward to seeing you in July!!

What will it cost?  There will be a $45.00 materials and admission fee.  Please make your check payable to Warren County Fine Arts Council and mail to 31200 Everman Lane, Warrenton, MO 63383.

What shall I wear?  Please wear comfortable shorts and shirts or t-shirts with tennis shoes or sandals.  Choose clothes that you can move and play in easily and that you can paint or glue or dance in without worrying.

When shall I come?  Please be at in Warrenton at each morning of the week starting Monday, July 19 and ending on Friday, July 23.  Make arrangements to be picked up at each afternoon.  There is no bus transportation.  Friday early evening about there will be a presentation of the drama plays, musical pieces and dances and songs learned.  Art projects will be displayed at this time and all projects are to be collected Friday evening after the performance.

Where did you get your name?  WACOFIARU is an acronym for the words Warren County Fine Arts and YOU (U).

Do I need anything else?  You really need to bring only three things to this summer – your imagination, your smile and a sack lunch with a drink.

The Warren County Fine Arts Council with support from , the Missouri Arts Council, Target and the Arts & Education Council of St. Louis, will bring this fine arts summer camp to all children of & surrounding counties.  offers students in grades one through eight the opportunity to participate in drama projects, visual arts creations, comedy improvisation, musical inventiveness….and that's only the beginning.

Certified teachers, college and high school students provide structure and fun.  Each day the staff watches and listens carefully to find students who do good deeds for others.  When these kindnesses are acknowledged, others begin to strive for that recognition.  develops a very pleasant place for learning, expanding your imagination and developing new skills.
